Nobody quits
alone here
A Crew is a small private group where somebody actually notices whether you showed up today. Not a feed. Not strangers.

How it works
- 01
Start one or join one
Create a Crew and invite the people you want beside you, or take a code from someone who has already started theirs. It takes about a minute.
- 02
Pledge every morning
One line, one tap, once a day. The pledge is the same for everyone, which is the point. It is a commitment, not a status update.
- 03
Get seen on the hard days
Post a Heads Up when you know a difficult hour is coming, so your Crew knows before it lands rather than after it went wrong.
One pledge, made together, every morning
Most accountability fails because it is vague. A Crew has exactly one daily action and everyone in it does the same one. You open the app, you make the pledge, and the Crew feed shows who has and who has not. There is nothing to compose and nothing to perform. It answers the only question that matters on a hard day: did you show up.

A Heads Up before the hour, not an apology after it
The wedding, the work trip, the Friday you already know will be difficult. A Heads Up tells your Crew what is coming and what you plan to do about it, before it arrives. It turns the people around you from an audience for bad news into something you can actually use in advance, which is the difference between support and commentary.

Small and private, on purpose
A Crew is not a public forum and it is not a follower count. It is deliberately small, because accountability stops working the moment your absence can go unnoticed in a crowd. What you are working on is never shared outside it, and the wider community in Door 24 is opt in and entirely separate. If you want the open room as well, The Forum and The Circle are there.

Why a Crew works when a group chat does not
| A group chat | A Door 24 Crew |
|---|---|
| Goes quiet exactly when someone is struggling | One daily pledge makes silence visible |
| Needs somebody to think of something to say | One fixed action, nothing to compose |
| No way to flag a hard hour in advance | A Heads Up lands before the moment does |
| Everything you post lives forever, in public | Private by default, never shared outside the Crew |
| Support arrives after the story is over | The people in it can act while it still matters |
Common questions
- How many people can be in a Crew?
- A Crew is deliberately small. The exact number is a product setting rather than a hard limit, and it is small enough that one person going quiet is obvious to everyone else. That is the whole mechanism. In a group large enough to hide in, nobody notices you have gone.
- Will my Crew see what I am tracking?
- No. The vices you are working on are never shared, and your Proofs, your streak and your Growth Score are private by default. What a Crew sees is whether you pledged today, plus anything you deliberately choose to post, such as a Heads Up.
- What if I do not have anyone to invite?
- You can join an existing Crew with an invite code instead of starting your own, and plenty of people arrive that way. The Forum and The Circle are also open to everyone in Door 24 without needing a Crew at all, so you are not stuck waiting for somebody else to show up first.
- What happens to my Crew if I have a slip?
- Nothing gets deleted and nobody gets removed. Your Growth Score is a 42 day rolling average, so a bad day bends the trend rather than wiping the record, and the Proofs already on your timeline stay exactly where they are. A Crew is where a hard day gets said out loud, not where it gets punished.
