Door 24 is free to start. Every new account gets a 3-day trial of the full app. After that it is $9.99/month or $79.99/year. Billing runs through the App Store or Google Play, not through us.
Cancel in the store you subscribed through — that is where the subscription lives. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Door 24. On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by Door 24.
You can delete your Door 24 account in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing support. The full steps, including the 30-day grace period, are on the account deletion page.
Yes. Your Proofs, sobriety streak, and Growth Score are private by default. The community is opt-in. You decide what's shared and what stays yours. The vices and habits you're working on are never shared.
Sobriety is messy. Your sober streak might get reset, but it doesn't erase your work. All of the progress you've made is measured through your Growth Score (a 42-day rolling average), and your Proofs Timeline. A bad day shifts the trend. The proof you've stacked stays. So does the person you're becoming.
