Account Deletion

You can delete your Door 24 account at any time using one of the two methods below. When a deletion is initiated, your profile and posts are hidden immediately. After a 30-day grace period your personal data, including all posts, comments, and reactions, is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Method 1. Delete In-App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Door 24 app:

  1. Open the Door 24 app on your device.
  2. Tap your Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.
  4. Scroll down to the very bottom of the Settings screen.
  5. Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.

Method 2. Request via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a deletion request by email:

  1. Send an email to support@door24.app.
  2. Include your username and the email address associated with your account.
  3. Our team will process your request within 3 business days and send a confirmation once your account has been scheduled for deletion.
